Teachers + CAP
Our teachers are all fully trained, each possessing the University of Cambridge ESOL's CELTA, DELTA e MA teaching award: Certificate of English Language Teaching to Adults and/or a variety of graduate degree awards from universities in the UK, Canada and the USA. Teachers and administrative staff provide dedicated service which combines professionalism with personal interest in the successes of each student.
Certificate of Professional Aptitude (CAP)
The majority of CBAM teachers have a CAP license, which is issued by the Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional (Centre for Employment, Professional Training and Development).
Why is this license so important? On the one hand it means that the teacher has been recognized and approved by the relevant authorities as a professional teacher. On the other hand firms that apply for and receive funds or subsidies from the government for the professional training and development of their staff have to contract licensed CAP teachers for their training needs.
The CAP assures that the teacher has the necessary professional and pedagogical qualifications and competence and it warrants quality services in the area of professional training.
